• Make only 1 or 2 pages?
• Provide PDF version – get rid of ugly table-format stuff that shows up in .doc version
• Put more spacing between entries – cleaner
• Trim some less-important entries out

• I've done a quick scan and nothing really lept out as log4j, although I planned to put “Cobertura” experience on the resume, and was told that it was too log4jlike.

• Seems like an outdated way to describe your skillset by only naming technologies that you've used, and not mentioning their context, version, how many years, etc.
• Seems like a waste of good page real-estate)

• Instead of COMPUTER SKILLS, JOB EXPERIENCE, etc. use something like this:
  • http://www.distinctiveweb.com/samples/sample7/career_change_resume.gif
  • Would provide a good summary of skills, without cluttering with employer, customer or forcing the reader to scan down a list of employers

• Could provide a list of prior experience upon request?
